2. Digital Products (Free & Paid)
We offer both free and paid downloads, including but not limited to checklists, cheat sheets, charts, workbooks, printables, guides, and templates. All digital products are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, redistribute, or sell any content without permission.
Free resources are offered “as-is” without warranties of any kind, and access may be removed or modified at any time without notice.
3. Courses & Memberships
Your purchase grants individual access only. Course content, coaching recordings, and membership resources are non-transferable and may not be shared.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products:
All sales are final. No refunds are issued for digital downloads.
Courses:
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you can show you’ve attempted the work and are unsatisfied with the value. To request a refund, email us at info@diannejimenez.com with your completed assignments and reason for the request.
Memberships:
Memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for unused time within a billing period..

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including videos, printables, and downloads—is owned by Dianne Jimenez. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part without permission.
